Who we are

What we collect
When you send the request form: your name, job title, airline, country, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the service and start date you choose, and any details you write.
Technical data needed to protect the form from abuse: your IP address (kept only as a one-way hash, for one hour, to limit repeated submissions) and a one-time human-verification token that contains no personal data.
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through that channel.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up with you about our representation services.
To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your request.
To keep a record of requests so none is lost, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations if we enter into an agreement with you.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions, and we never sell it.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent when you send the form or contact us, and because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we sign an agreement with you, processing continues as needed to perform it and to meet our legal obligations.
Cookies and tracking
Our website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server. Clicking the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
Who can see your data
Only our staff who handle your request.
Our website and email are hosted by our hosting provider (hosting.com), whose servers may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They process the data only to host our services, under their own security and confidentiality obligations.
Authorities, only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an agreement are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Data related to a signed agreement is kept for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting and tax records). The anti-abuse IP hash is deleted after one hour.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (and the GDPR, where it applies to you), you may ask to be informed about your data, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
Send your request to info@aviago.sa; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) or your local data-protection authority.
Security
The website is served over encrypted HTTPS. Request copies are stored outside the public website folder with restricted access, and the form is protected against automated abuse.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
