Three ways to be represented in the Kingdom

Most airlines start with legal representation and government platforms, then add airport or seasonal representation as operations grow. Models can be combined in one agreement.

FAQ

What airline managers usually ask

Do we need an agent if we already have a sales office?

In most cases, yes, unless that office is a branch registered in the Kingdom. A sales office cannot register on Saudi government platforms or represent you before GACA; a licensed commercial agent can. We confirm what applies to your carrier on the first call.

Who is responsible for Saudization of our local staff?

Your airline remains the actual employer and is responsible for Saudization ratios. We handle the procedures, registrations and platform follow-up for you.

How is payroll for our staff handled?

You transfer salaries to an account dedicated to you; we file the Wage Protection System records and pay out based on your transfers, keeping your funds fully separate from ours.

What about our obligations towards GACA?

The representation agreement sets out responsibilities clearly, and we track GACA fees and invoices as they come so nothing builds up.

How long does it take to start?

Two to four weeks for legal representation after signing and receiving your documents; seasonal services follow the season calendar.
